TJT, Inc. reconditions the axles and inspects the tires and sells the inspected and reconditioned running gear to manufactured home factories for reuse, thus recycling resources that were previously relegated to landfills and scrap yards.

Recycling plants are located in Emmett, Idaho; Platteville, Colorado; and Woodland, California. The Company also operates axle and tire collection facilities in Hubbard, Oregon. The Company directly serves customers in a thirteen-state market area consisting of Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota.

In addition to its axle and tire business the Company also supplies skirting, manufactured home foundation and set up materials and numerous other aftermarket accessories to manufactured housing dealers and contractors through its five primary distribution centers.
